From our informational and educational seminars and conferences to our own Pavilions at international exhibitions, organized by Nexus-Europe, to selected event offers that are prepared to make life easier for foreign companies planning their business in Russia.
At selected exhibitions Nexus-Europe operates its own Pavilion for its customers, providing a level of service they have never experienced before. Some special offers are reserved for our permanent, loyal customers and therefore might not be published online.
Nexus-Europe organizes seminars and conferences in the European Union, Russia and the USA. Seminars which are privately offered or are already fully enrolled might not appear published here. Seminars which are open for regular visitors can be found published online in this chapter.
Existence of free rooms during exhibitions is one of the biggest problems. In most of the hotels the prices for accommodation during exhibitions are higher by 30-50% and it is quite difficult to find free rooms even a few months in advance.
For some of the exhibitions we are offering some comfortable hotel accommodations at prices, if reserved in advance, that are lower than the hotel's open prices. We also offer different packages of services which allow you to save your time and money.
Also, for some of the exhibitions we provide charter flights at prices which are not higher than the cost of a normal business class ticket. Our customers will be able to enjoy the comfort of the VIP plane and guidance of our staff from the place of departure to the moment of accommodation at the hotel. The remoteness of some Exhibition Centers from the city is one of the biggest inconveniences which exhibitors have to face. The taxi could cost about 100 Euro in one way and nobody guarantees the safety. Therefore, for some of the exhibitions we are offering certain hotels and providing daily group transfer for our customers to the Crocus Expo and back to the hotel after the exhibition closes. We care about the safety and comfort of our customers.
In this chapter there are some of our most actual offers. Some of the offers are limited to a strict number of people. Once the group is formed we regret that we are not able to provide the same conditions to customers booking after the offer is full and closed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to adhere to the deadline and remember that the number of “places” in each offer is limited.
