Hygienic Certificate
Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion (also known as: SEC; Hygiene Certificate; Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion and etc.) is a document, confirming correspondence (non correspondence) to state sanitary – epidemiological rules and norms of habitat factors, economic and other activities, products, works and services and draft regulations, construction projects, instruction manuals.
Hygienic report is a document issued in evidence of a permit given by bodies and institutions under the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control in the RF Health Ministry for production or import of goods consistent with statutory requirements. A hygienic report is an official confirmation that products are safe for human health provided certain conditions are met.
Products to be realized only if a hygienic report is available undergo certification provided hygienic reports are obtained for them. A hygienic report is issued for a period of 5 years.
