Types of personal information collected by Nexus when you contact Nexus

We may collect and process the following personal information about you:

  • information including your name, address, social media handle, contact details;
  • for advisory services, this includes details relating to your instructions for us to provide advisory services, the administration and management of those services;
  • telephone information including phone numbers, call duration and on occasional call recordings that we use for training and quality control;
  • record of that correspondence, voicemail or details of any conversation we may have with you; 
  • information that is available from publically available sources including but not limited social media websites;
  • If you apply for a job with us (for example sending us your CV ) the personal data contained in your application will be collected by Nexus and will be processed for the purposes of managing Nexus’s recruitment related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results, and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes. We may also keep records of references received from third parties and of any other communication or correspondence between you and us;
  • We also may obtain personal information about you from our group companies and from other third parties, for example partners with which we are engaged in joint marketing activities, service providers that help us determine a location based on your IP address in order to customize certain products to your location;

We will only permit them to process your Personal Information in accordance with the law and our instructions.  We do not allow them to use your Personal information for their own purposes and when our relationship ends we will ensure your Personal Information is securely returned or destroyed. 

We may disclose your personal information to third parties, the courts and/or regulators or law enforcement agencies in connection with enquiries, proceedings or investigations by such parties anywhere in the world or in order to enable Nexus to comply with its regulatory requirements or dialogue with its regulators as applicable.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 or target the Service to children under 13.
